When is NEW YEAR'S EVE at Valentina?

Thursday 31 December 2026. Valentina offers two celebrations:

Last Light: Doors open at 5:00pm and the event finishes at 8:30pm, after the 8:00pm fireworks. It is a family-friendly event.

After Dark: Doors open at 9:00pm and the event runs until late, including the midnight fireworks and countdown. It is an adults-only event for guests aged 18 and over.

What's included in the ticket?

Last Light tickets include sparkling on arrival, a three-course Mediterranean share menu, a three-hour beverage package featuring selected wine, beer, spritz, house spirits and mixers, soft drinks and juices, plus oceanfront views of the 8:00pm fireworks. Children receive a dedicated kids menu, unlimited soft drinks and juices, and a NYE mocktail.

Last Light tickets are $169 per adult Early Bird or $189 full price. Kids tickets are $49 per child, with children under five free.

After Dark tickets include sparkling on arrival, a three-hour beverage package featuring selected wine, beer, spritz, house spirits and mixers, grazing stations, roaming canapés, a signature midnight cocktail, twelve grapes at midnight, live DJ entertainment, photo moments and oceanfront views of the midnight fireworks.

After Dark tickets are $259 per person Early Bird or $279 full price.

A cash bar is also available throughout the evening for drinks outside the package and remains open after the beverage package concludes.

Is this event suitable for children?

Yes. Last Light is open to the whole family. Children under five eat free, and kids’ tickets include a dedicated menu, soft drinks, juices and a NYE mocktail.

After Dark is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.

Valentina is on Level 2 at Peppers Soul, 8 The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise, on the Gold Coast.
